Room I
Zahra
Flower, bud in Arabic. A double room with ensuite bathroom, opening onto the courtyard below. Soft tadelakt walls, woven textiles.
A riad inspired by memories
and zinnia flowers.
A house entirely rebuilt, a few steps from the medina gate. Three rooms, a courtyard of light, and the slow hours of Marrakech.
The House
Casa Zinnia is a private riad, completely renovated with care for the original architecture and the slow craft of Marrakech. It sits in Riad Larousse, at the very entrance of the medina, just two hundred metres from the taxi stand, yet far enough to feel held in the city's quiet centre.
Three bedrooms, a kitchen to gather in, a sunlit terrace, and the kind of stillness only a riad can offer.
Inside the Riad
Three double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The third opens onto a private terrace of its own.
A warm kitchen made for long lunches, and a living room with television and Wi-Fi. The heart of the house.
The full rooftop becomes yours. Sunbeds, parasols, a shower, a bar, and a long table for breakfast each morning.
A dedicated cabin within the riad. Yoga and pilates mats laid out, soft light, room to breathe.
The house is kept and cared for every day. Linens are changed, the courtyard swept, the brass polished.
Casa Zinnia is rented exclusively as a whole, for families, friends, and gatherings of up to six.
The Rooms
Each of the three bedrooms is a double, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The third opens onto a private terrace, hers alone.
Room I
Flower, bud in Arabic. A double room with ensuite bathroom, opening onto the courtyard below. Soft tadelakt walls, woven textiles.
Room II
Light in Arabic. A double with ensuite bathroom. Light pours through carved shutters, walls in the colour of saffron warming to dusk.
Room III
Hope in Arabic. The largest of the three. A double bedroom with ensuite and its own private terrace, opening to the rooftops of the medina.
Care & Services
The riad is cared for every day. Fresh linens, a polished courtyard, attention to every quiet detail.
Need things washed mid-stay? Leave them with us. Returned folded, fragrant of orange-blossom water.
A driver waiting in the arrivals hall. The gentlest way to begin a stay in Marrakech.
Meals prepared in the house, on the terrace, or at the long table. Moroccan classics or what the day asks for.
The Atlas, the Atlantic, the gardens of Yves Saint Laurent. We will arrange the itinerary that suits you.
A quiet cabin set aside within the house. Mats, calm light, room to move slowly. Yours, whenever.
A long table set under the parasols. Fresh bread, msemen, fruit, mint tea. The slowest hour of the day.
Casa Zinnia is rented exclusively. No other guests, no other keys. Just you, and the riad's own quiet.
The Setting
A few minutes through the medina gate, and you arrive at our cedar door. The taxi stand is two hundred metres away. The souks, spice markets and tanneries are within walking reach. Far enough to be quiet, close enough to be in everything.
